Currently, we only ship to the United States. All orders are shipped from Utah, U.S.A. via USPS. Our processing time is 3-4 business days. Should an item go out of stock, you will be contacted for replacement or refund options. All tracking numbers will be included in the shipping confirmation email you receive at the time of package being shipped out.

Shopping online for something you typically smell in-person isn't always easy, I totally get it. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your Creative Haven Candles order, please contact me directly at creativehavencandles@gmail.com and share a little bit more about what's going on.  Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our DIY Crumble Candle Kits, we are unable to return these items. Other orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and not every one can be returned, refunded, or exchanged. It is my commitment to give you the peace of mind with every purchase you make, and I will do our best to ensure you are satisfied and enjoy your Creative Haven Candles products. 

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel an order, please email creativehavencandles@gmail.com with your order number.

Each order is package with love and care, but sometimes things happen in transit that are out of our control. In the event you receive a package and your item is damaged and unable to be enjoyed, please email us at creativehavencandles@gmail.comwith a picture of the product and the box (to show any damage). I will work with you to resolve the situation to make sure your order is taken care of. Please make sure to submit this information within 72 hours of receiving your order.
